The DebtBusters 2 million reasons competition (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") is open to South African residents only.
To qualify, the entrant must be 18 years or older.
The competition offers existing DebtBusters’ clients, as well as new or prospective clients, the opportunity to win their share of R20 000 in Takealot vouchers when they register for or login to DebtBusters.
Each winner will receive R1 000 Takealot voucher and there will be 20 winners in total.
To gain automatic entry into the competition, existing clients must log in to DebtBusters; and new or prospective clients must complete the registration process and then log in.
Entrants can log in as many times as they wish. However, only their first login in the stipulated competition duration will create an automatic entry.
Winners will be selected by a random draw. All winners will be selected after the duration of the competition, from the pool of existing clients and new or prospective clients who have logged in, or registered and logged in, to DebtBusters.
Winners will be notified by email and telephonically. Three attempts will be made to reach the winner. If a selected winner is not contactable within seven days of the first contact being made, a new winner may be selected through a second random draw.
Winners will be required to submit proof of identity to claim their prize.
The prize will be transferred on a date selected by DebtBusters.
This competition ends on 16 October 2026. Entrants who log in or register after this date will not be entered into the competition.
Winners will each receive a R1 000 Takealot voucher as a prize. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes.
The competition cannot be combined with any other promotion.
DebtBusters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical reasons or if fraud or misconduct is suspected.
Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and applied in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
