Terms and Conditions: DebtBusters KLA Survey

1. The DebtBusters KLA Survey offer (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") is open to South African residents only.
2. The Promotion offers DebtBusters clients who complete the full DebtBusters KLA survey, a guaranteed R100 Pick n Pay grocery voucher.
3. Survey participants will be contacted telephonically to complete the survey and once completed, will receive an email or Whatsapp notification with their voucher number to redeem when shopping in Pick n Pay stores.
4. The vouchers are only redeemable for in-store shopping.
5. The vouchers are only redeemable in Pick n Pay stores in South Africa.
6. Vouchers are valid for 3 years.
7. Each voucher has a unique voucher number and barcode.
8. Each voucher can be used multiple times until all the funds on the voucher have been spent.
9. To qualify, the client must be 18 years old.
10. This Promotion commences on 21 May 2024 and ends on 7 June 2024. Surveys completed outside of this period will not be considered for the Promotion.
11. To receive the Pick n Pay voucher, clients must complete the full survey, administered by KLA.
12. The voucher(s) is/are non-transferable and non-refundable. The voucher(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The Promotion is subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
13. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing Promotions or discounts.
14. DebtBusters reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical reasons or if fraud or misconduct is suspected.
15. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and applied in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
