Smartcents is a revolutionary debt review tracking tool and is one of a kind in the industry. Logging into Smartcents, it is best way for you to stay up to date with your debt review application progress.
How do I use Smartcents?
You need internet access. Go to www.smartcents.co.za and use your ID as your username, the once off password Smart01 and you will be able to view all the exciting features below!
Analyse your debt
You can see who you owe money to under your Debt Profile tab.
View your debt review progress
This shows you where you are in the process. You can track your progress using the Timeline tab.
Get free credit reports
You can use the Credit Report tab to request credit reports. Please note that you are allowed two requests per year.
Access your debt review documentation
There is no need to call DebtBusters to request for debt review documentation if you are using Smartcents. Your debt review documentation is found under the Customer Documents tab

View your payments
Under the My Payments tab there is a detailed history of your payments. Both successful and unsuccessful payments to Hyphen PDA will reflect under this tab. You can also view your Hyphen statements online. In the event that you have some extra money or lump sum which you want to use to settle some of your accounts, you can contact us using the Debt Settlement options tab.
View your account balances
You can see the balances on your individual accounts. You can see the outstanding balances on the Account Balances tab.
